Verification Survey
Verification Survey is to ensure that previously surveyed boundary marks are not materially out of position so that p.o. bearings and distances may be adopted without rigid resurvey.
Relocation Survey
Relocation Surveys involve the precise identification of established land and its corners. The main purpose of this kind of survey is to re-establish the boundaries of tract for which a survey has previously been made and to verify existing location of the property overlaps to adjoining lots.
Topographic Survey
Topographic Survey determines the relative locations of points (places) on the earth's surface by measuring horizontal distances, differences in elevation and directions.
CAAP Height Clearance
It is a documentary requirement of Air Transportation Office which is conducted by a licensed Geodetic Engineer. It determines the elevation of the project site based on mean sea level height.
Subdivision Survey
Subdivision Survey (commonly referred to as subdivision platting) is the process of splitting a tract of land into smaller parcels.
Lot Plan
Lot Plan is a two dimensional map containing the plot of your land based on the technical descriptions appearing on your land title, or on the technical descriptions appearing on previously approved surveys conducted over the subject land, or an actual survey conducted by the Geodetic Engineer, It will provide not only the dimensions of each property line but also the shape of the subject land.
As Built Survey
As-Built Survey is the set of geometric surveys conducted on abuilding during and after it's construction. It's aim is to prduce drawings (with 2D and 3D models) that exhaustively describe the consistency of the building at the precise moment. The survey is also used to verify the conformity between the approved project and what has actually been constructed.
